Job summary

IAG invites experienced technology leaders to join as Manager, Application Strategy & Governance. Based across Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane), you will steer tech strategy, governance, and platform direction for Claims, Communications and Supply Chain portfolios.

You’ll lead a team of senior technology professionals, shape roadmaps, champion AI adoption, and partner with business and engineering teams to deliver critical outcomes.

• Strong technology leadership experience within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Background in senior technology platform or architecture leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering technology strategy, platform roadmaps, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

As Manager, Application Strategy & Governance, you'll lead the technology strategy, governance, and platform direction across our Claims, Communications, and Supply Chain portfolios. Working at the intersection of architecture, engineering, delivery, and business teams, you'll drive technology roadmaps, influence strategic decisions, champion innovation and AI adoption, and lead a team of senior technology professionals to deliver business-critical outcomes.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).
