Job summary

IAG is hiring two Iteration Manager roles as part of a major technology transformation across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead agile delivery, remove barriers and enable teams to move quickly and with clarity.

Permanent, full-time roles based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane). You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading agile delivery across technology, platform or transformation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across diverse groups.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and feedback.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and helping teams adapt during organisational change.
• Experience balancing operational priorities with delivery commitments and competing demands.
• Strong communication, reporting and governance capabilities that create clarity and momentum.
• An understanding of technology transformation, platform modernisation or legacy system transition programs.

• Provide clear reporting, governance updates and delivery insights that enable informed decision making.
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

We're currently recruiting for two Iteration Manager opportunities as part of a significant technology transformation focused on modernising platforms, simplifying technology environments, and supporting the transition away from legacy systems.
