IAG is seeking a Manager, Application Strategy & Governance to lead technology strategy and platform direction across Claims, Communications and Supply Chain. You will guide architecture governance, drive roadmaps and champion AI adoption, leading a team of senior technology professionals to deliver critical outcomes.

This permanent full-time role is based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

As Manager, Application Strategy & Governance, you'll lead the technology strategy, governance, and platform direction across our Claims, Communications, and Supply Chain portfolios. Working at the intersection of architecture, engineering, delivery, and business teams, you'll drive technology roadmaps, influence strategic decisions, champion innovation and AI adoption, and lead a team of senior technology professionals to deliver business-critical outcomes. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).
