Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is offering a full-time role with training and support provided across our Queensland stores. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will run the day-to-day operation of the store when management is not on duty and help coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day store operations in the absence of the store management team.
• Assist with managing and coaching the team, completing job lists.
• Lead and train staff, manage ordering and costs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store standards.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the store management team.

If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing job lists + much more!
