Job summary

A Perth-based builder seeks a hands-on Maintenance Coordinator to lead post-construction service work across residential and commercial projects. You will inspect sites, schedule repairs, and manage warranty tasks while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a trade background with 3+ years in construction or maintenance, strong communication, organisation skills, and a White Card with a valid Australian driver’s licence. Perth area work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential or commercial construction or maintenance
• Trade background valued (carpentry, finishing, general repairs)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of defect management processes and construction standards
• White Card and valid Australian driver’s licence
• Proficient with basic computer reporting and scheduling

• Conduct on-site maintenance inspections
