Job summary

Willow Recruitment (London) Ltd is seeking an experienced Warranty & Maintenance Coordinator for a mobile role based on the North Side of Brisbane. You will handle rectification work for defects and warranty claims within a large domestic building portfolio.

The ideal candidate will hold a trade qualification (Carpentry) with cross-skilling across trades such as painting, tiling and plastering, and will schedule subcontractors while ensuring timely file closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in domestic building or warranty roles.
• Trade qualification (Carpentry) preferred.
• Cross-skilled with multiple trades (tiling, painting, plastering, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Rectification work for small defects and warranty claims.
• Carry out carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering tasks as needed.
• Respond to queries and ensure appropriate outcomes.
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors for rectification works.
• Provide timely follow up to enable file closure.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Warranty & Maintenance Coordinator to commence with an immediate start in a mobile position, based on the North Side of Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Rectification work for small defects & warranty claims
• Small recifications such as carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering etc
• Responding to queries & ensuring appropriate outcomes are met
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors for rectification works
• Provide timely and accurate follow up and feedback to enable file closure satisfactorily

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a similar capacity within the domestic building industry. You will have a trade qualification (ideally Carpentry) and cross skilled with multiple trades such as minor tiling, painting, grouting, concrete etc.You will have a exceptional knowledge and understanding of the construction industry and be able to hit the ground running in a fast paced capacity.
