Job summary

WA Health in Western Australia invites applications from skilled Maintenance Officers (Handyperson) to carry out general maintenance and repairs at all sites within the Wellington Area. You will work across facilities to ensure safe, functional spaces and assist in project tasks as required.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to work with minimal supervision or in a team, good communication, and a current C-class driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated maintenance/handyperson experience.
• Ability to operate, maintain and undertake repairs on maintenance, workshop and/or gardening equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Sound interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Ability to use initiative in prioritising work duties.
• Eligible for / or in possession of a current C or C-A Class driver’s licence.
