Now we're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a critical role in overseeing residential maintenance and warranty activities following handover, ensuring customers receive exceptional support while protecting Glenvill's quality standards and reputation.

This is a field-based role, providing support across a broad portfolio of homes throughout the Brisbane region.

About The Role

  • Conduct site inspections to investigate maintenance concerns, determine root causes and recommend appropriate rectification solutions.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance works across a portfolio of completed homes, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Assess defects, differentiate warranty obligations from owner responsibilities, and make recommendations on claim outcomes.
  • Engage, manage and monitor trade contractors to ensure quality workmanship, responsiveness and compliance with company standards.

  • Review engineering reports, consultant findings and technical documentation relating to building defects.
  • Monitor maintenance performance, minimise aged jobs and identify recurring issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all rectification works comply with the NCC, Australian Standards, safety requirements and Glenvill quality expectations.
About You

  • Strong understanding of residential building practices, construction methodologies and defect rectification processes.
  • Experience managing warranty claims, maintenance programs and customer resolutions within a residential building environment.
  • Ability to assess structural defects, water ingress issues, cracking, movement, roofing, drainage and general building concerns.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally and constructively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with homeowners, contractors and internal teams.
  • Ability to interpret building plans, specifications, engineering reports and consultant recommendations.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple jobs and contractors simultaneously.
  • Committed to safety, quality workmanship and delivering positive customer outcomes.
  • Current Driver Licence and Construction White Card.
  • Trade qualification, QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builder Licence highly regarded.
Why Join Us?

  • Play a key role supporting homeowners throughout the warranty and maintenance phase of their build journey.
  • Autonomous role with a mix of site inspections, stakeholder engagement and operational leadership.
  • Work alongside experienced construction, warranty and customer service professionals.
  • Opportunity to influence quality outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supportive team culture focused on accountability, safety and customer satisfaction.
