Job summary

Deacon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Officer for a major residential home builder in the Sunshine Coast & North Brisbane area. This full-time permanent role includes a fully maintained company vehicle and servicing service and warranty new home builds.

You will attend completed projects during the warranty period, rectify defects, and coordinate with other trades. The successful candidate will have a carpentry background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally

Qualifications

• Experience with residential building maintenance projects
• Carpentry trade background or similar highly regarded
• Eye for detail and good varied tradesman skills
• Professional and able to work with customers

Responsibilities

• Attend new home completed projects through the service and warranty period and rectify defects
• Coordinate with other trades to resolve issues
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction during warranty period

About the Position

A rare opportunity currently exists for a Maintenance Officer to join them in the Sunshine Coast & North Brisbane area servicing Service and Warranty new home builds.

In this role you will be responsible for attending new home completed projects through the service and warranty period and rectifying defects as well as coordinating with other trades.
