Deacon Recruitment is assisting a major North Brisbane builder in recruiting a Maintenance Officer to service warranty works for new homes. You will attend completed projects, rectify defects during the warranty period, and coordinate with trades to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Carpentry trade background or similar highly regarded.

About the Position

A rare opportunity currently exists for a Maintenance Officer to join them in a North Brisbane area servicing Service and Warranty new home builds.

In this role you will be responsible for attending new home completed projects through the service and warranty period and rectifying defects as well as coordinating with other trades.
