Job summary

Mathiou Services invites a motivated scheduling coordinator to join their head office on the Gold Coast. In a fast-paced setting, you will lead coordination of scheduled works and project requests, working with trades and subcontractors while building strong client relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar coordination position, superb organisation, and proactive problem-solving. A valid driver's license is preferred; police checks and Blue Card may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar work coordination role.
• Highly organised with proven ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative, ownership of issues and a can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience using MS Office and other office software.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and acting as first point of contact for scheduling.
• Liaising with clients to understand service requirements and update scheduling contacts.
• Maintaining the scheduling database with updated job details.
• Coordinating with management on jobs and proposing solutions.
• Managing updates of all scheduled works and future works.
• Gathering information to ensure schedulers have all necessary details.
