Job summary

Centurion is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Scheduler to join the Perth Airport depot team. The role will coordinate fleet maintenance activities, update work orders, and liaise with workshops and external repairers to minimise downtime and maximise fleet availability.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and records management. This hands-on coordinator role requires strong planning, attention to detail and proactive communication.

• Previous experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or fleet coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly fleet maintenance schedules.
• Update fleet systems and work orders, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Track fleet movements and availability using IVMS/GPS systems.
• Liaise with Workshop and Branch Managers to coordinate maintenance requirements.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance with third-party repairers and service providers.
• Coordinate outsourced repairs, maintenance and warranty claims with vendors.
• Monitor maintenance activities to minimise vehicle downtime and maximise fleet availability.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed in line with legislative and company safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and standards.
• Provide support across other maintenance and fleet-related activities as required.

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our team, based at our Perth Airport depot, and play a key role in keeping our fleet maintained, compliant and on the road.

Working closely with our workshops, branch teams, managers and external repairers, you’ll coordinate maintenance activities across the fleet, ensuring work is planned and scheduled efficiently while minimising downtime and keeping productivity high.
