Job summary

City Fleet Transport Maintenance on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive Fleet Maintenance Administrator to coordinate nationwide maintenance bookings, manage communications and invoices, and support customers and vendors with meticulous data handling.

You will join a team that values performance, accuracy, and strong relationships, with full training and mentorship to grow within a stable, expanding organisation.

Fleet Maintenance Administrator – Immediate Start

City Fleet Transport Maintenance is a national industry leader in the service, repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles. The City Fleet Group consists of Queensland owned workshops, with authorised repair agents right across the country and has been servicing the heavy vehicle transport industry for over20 years.

We are, more often than not, the alternative to the expensive OEM, with experience maintaining such brands as CAT, CUMMINS, Sitrak, Kenworth, Mack Scania, Isuzu, Hino, Fuso & many more, for many national fleet customers.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused team member to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the key point of contact for coordinating fleet maintenance and supporting our customers nationally.
