Centurion is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist at our Perth Airport depot to join the Operations team and coordinate customer supply chain activities from pickup through to final delivery and return freight.

This is a hands-on operational role where you'll sit at the centre of the customer and transport operation, monitoring freight movements, coordinating requirements, and working with internal teams to ensure service expectations are met.

Mansioni

• Monitor end-to-end freight movements across metro, interstate and mine site operations.
• Track pickups, deliveries, transfers and return freight against customer schedules.
• Identify delayed or at-risk movements and coordinate corrective action.
• Act as a key operational contact between customers and internal transport teams.
• Provide proactive updates on freight movements, delays and delivery issues.
• Manage customer queries, complaints and service issues through to resolution.
• Monitor manifesting, scanning compliance and investigate discrepancies.
• Track missed pickups, missing scans, delays and other exceptions.
• Monitor NCRs and coordinate information required for resolution.
• Monitor operational KPIs including DIFOT, pickup/delivery performance and scanning compliance.
• Provide daily and weekly operational performance reporting.
• Support forward planning by monitoring forecast volumes and upcoming requirements.
• Work with Operations and customer sites to identify improvement opportunities.
• Track corrective and continuous improvement actions through to completion.

Customer Operations Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Customer Operations Specialist at our Perth Airport depot to join our Operations team and play a key role in coordinating customer supply chain activities from initial pickup through to final delivery and return freight.

This is a hands-on operational role where you'll sit at the centre of the customer and transport operation.

You'll monitor freight movements, coordinate customer requirements, identify potential issues and work closely with internal transport teams to ensure freight keeps moving and service expectations are met.

The role will suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and takes ownership of issues through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Logistics or a related discipline is desirable, however extensive relevant industry experience will also be considered.
