City Fleet Transport Maintenance is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Administrator for an immediate start. You will coordinate maintenance bookings, manage invoices, and serve as the primary contact for customers nationwide, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive service mindset within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Mechanical knowledge is a bonus but not required.

Fleet Maintenance Administrator – Immediate Start

City Fleet Transport Maintenance is a national industry leader in the service, repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles. The City Fleet Group consists of Queensland owned workshops, with authorised repair agents right across the country and has been servicing the heavy vehicle transport industry for over20 years.

We are, more often than not, the alternative to the expensive OEM, with experience maintaining such brands as CAT, CUMMINS, Sitrak, Kenworth, Mack Scania, Isuzu, Hino, Fuso & many more, for many national fleet customers.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused team member to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the key point of contact for coordinating fleet maintenance and supporting our customers nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and partners
• Coordinate fleet maintenance bookings via our national supplier network
• Process a large volume of invoices efficiently and on time
• Manage email communications and record data accordingly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
