Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities with stakeholders in advance.
• Manage communications relating to out-of-hours and disruptive works with timely updates.
• Maintain and update forward maintenance registers and access schedules.
• Liaise with service desk teams and site stakeholders to support service delivery.
• Ensure accurate communication of maintenance activities to engineering teams.
• Monitor SLAs and track maintenance performance for compliance.
• Support reporting, including dashboards and client/internal reports; schedule resources for planned works.
