Qualifications

• Trade background or strong technical services knowledge across electrical, HVAC/refrigeration, mechanical, building services or related areas.
• Experience with service coordination, triage and dispatch processes.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple reactive works in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive maintenance works from diagnosis to completion and close-out.
• Identify at-risk tasks and escalate with clear actions.
• Maintain accurate work order records and jeopardy dashboards.
• Allocate work to appropriate technicians or suppliers and monitor KPI/SLA compliance.
• Provide timely updates to Facilities Managers, customers and end users.
• Represent ISS as a professional, solutions-focused partner in service delivery.
