Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Projects Planner/Coordinator for a major port operations client in Perth. You will plan and coordinate a portfolio of maintenance projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence within a complex asset-intensive environment.

Working closely with maintenance, operations and contractor teams, you will use SAP to manage work orders and project tracking, lead planning meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication to drive

Qualifications

• Experience delivering maintenance projects in heavy industrial environments.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of asset maintenance work management principles and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance projects from scope development through execution and close-out.
• Manage contractor engagement, scheduling and project administration.
• Utilise SAP to manage work orders, scheduling and project tracking activities.
• Facilitate planning meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with site safety, quality and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs and resource utilisation to support successful delivery outcomes.
