Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Torquay, Victoria, is seeking a Maintenance Officer to oversee daily operations of the maintenance department across resort rooms and amenities. You’ll manage inventories, care for equipment, execute the preventative maintenance program, and complete related paperwork.

The role includes maintaining resort grounds and gardens and assisting with some housekeeping duties as required. You’ll work with guests and owners in a courteous manner, participate in a flexible

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role desirable (maintenance and grounds/gardens).
• Understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Interact with owners and guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, school and public holiday period.

Responsibilities
