Job summary

Ramada Resort Golden Beach in Australia is seeking an experienced hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our team. This busy on-site role covers rooms and grounds maintenance, fault inspection, and timely reporting of issues to keep our property in top condition while delivering guest comfort.

You’ll work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays. Ideal candidates have a can-do attitude, strong time management and attention to detail, with prior hotel maintenance experience

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and manage time effectively.
• Professional conduct reflecting well on the company.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Self-motivation with an eye for detail and initiative.

Responsibilities

How You’ll Shine As a friendly and experienced maintenance all-rounder to join our team.

• Maintenance of rooms/grounds
• Inspection & reporting of faults
• Reporting all maintenance issues as required
• Assisting guests when required

This is a busy hands on role that requires a motivated can-do person with great time management skills and a desire to make the property the best it can be!

What You’ll Bring

• Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a dynamic and busy environment
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects the company in a positive manner
• Have a 'can-do' attitude, eye for detail and display enthusiasm at all times
• Previous experience within a hotel maintenance environment would be preferable.
• Ability to work unsupervised and an exceptional eye for detail are key requirements of this role.
• You will be required to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
