Job summary

Australasian Retail Projects Pty on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on coordinator to manage a steady flow of small maintenance jobs at retail stores across Australia and New Zealand, from the initial request through to completion and handover.

Based in the Gold Coast office, you will scope requests, brief and schedule contractors, track progress, ensure workmanship meets standards and close out documentation for invoicing, working closely with project managers and accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in shopfitting, retail fitout or building maintenance.
• Good understanding of how trades and site works run.
• Experience coordinating contractors, across multiple locations.
• Clear, confident communication with clients and trades.
• Strong attention to detail and good follow through.
