Job summary

KSH Shopfitting is seeking a sharp, organised Project Coordinator to support end-to-end delivery of retail, hospitality and commercial fit-outs across Australia. You will work closely with Project Managers, site teams, suppliers and clients to keep projects on track from planning through delivery.

You will coordinate schedules, documentation and procurement while tracking budgets and timelines, with opportunities to grow into Project Management within a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shopfitting, construction or interiors.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with good communication.
• Stable pipeline of national retail and hospitality projects.

What you’ll do
