You will provide end-to-end maintenance support, coordinate requests, engage with contractors and ensure preventative maintenance programs are delivered efficiently and safely.

• Experience with service providers, trades, landlords or property managers is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests across the Petstock network and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage work orders and liaise with contractors, service providers, landlords and key stakeholders.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure works are completed within agreed service levels.
• Support preventative maintenance and essential services programs.
• Maintain maintenance systems, records and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Track maintenance performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, OH&S and building standards.
