Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking a highly organised Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operations team in Australia. You will provide end-to-end support across our store and support office network, coordinating maintenance requests, contractor engagement, and preventative maintenance programs to keep our network running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, property, operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with contractors and internal teams.
  • Experience working with service providers, trades, landlords or property managers is highly regarded.
  • A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and delivering great service.
