Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking a highly organised Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operations team across our Australian network. You will provide end-to-end maintenance support, coordinate requests, engage with contractors and ensure preventative maintenance programs are delivered efficiently and safely.

• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure works are completed within agreed service levels.
• Support preventative maintenance and essential services programs.
• Maintain maintenance systems, records and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Track maintenance performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, OH&S and building standards.
