Job summary

Staff Australia Pty Ltd. has partnered with a Mount Waverley-based manufacturer of ductwork solutions for the air conditioning industry to recruit experienced Machine Operators for the afternoon shift.

The role involves operating and monitoring a CNC laser cutter, loading materials and ensuring smooth production flows. We are seeking candidates with previous machine operating experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC laser cutter.

Our client, based in Mount Waverley, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality ductwork solutions for the air conditioning industry. With ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking 3x experienced Machine Operators to join their team on the afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC laser cutter
• Load raw materials and manage production processes
• Basic assembly of products
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required, including housekeeping
