Job summary

Renew IT Group in Sydney is seeking an entry-level IT Technician (Level 2) for casual/part-time work in our Operations Team in Lane Cove, NSW. You will sanitise IT hardware, process new and used devices, and provide hands-on support to clients.

The role offers training and a potential path to full-time technician or supervisor roles, with opportunities to gain experience across hardware, software, and warehousing in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience as an IT Technician.
• Ability to securely sanitise IT hardware.
• Ability to process and categorise new and used hardware.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to support client sites and field work.

Responsibilities

• Secure sanitisation of IT hardware.
• Be the face of Renew IT for in-person interactions with partners and clients.
• Process and categorise new and used IT hardware.
• Coordinate collection services of IT hardware from client sites.
• Image and configure new and used IT hardware.
• Perform break-fix and part harvesting of hardware.
• Support sustainable recycling downstream.
• Prepare wholesale orders for local or international export.
• Conduct IT hardware collections as needed.
• Represent Renew IT at client sites and occasionally perform field service.
