The Architecture Practice – Sydney CBD NSW is recruiting on behalf of Renew IT for IT Hardware Technicians to join their operations team. Roles cover IT hardware processing, laptop repair and break-fix across L1–L3 levels, with hands-on work and customer interactions.

You will diagnose hardware issues, perform repairs, test and image equipment, securely sanitise devices, and prepare assets for dispatch while supporting sustainable IT disposal practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Technician or related role.
• Level 1–3 technical capability depending on position.
• Hands-on knowledge of laptops, desktops, IT hardware and software.
• Experience with hardware diagnostics, imaging, configuration or repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues.
• Perform laptop repairs, break-fix activities and component replacement.
• Test, imaging and configuring new and used IT equipment.
• Secure sanitisation of IT hardware.
• Processing, assessing and categorising IT assets.
• Asset deployment and hardware collection activities.
• Preparing hardware for dispatch.
• Supporting sustainable recycling activities.
• Providing professional support when interacting with customers and partners.
