Qualifications

• Practical ability, curiosity, communication skills and willingness to learn are valued.
• No university degree required; practical path to start or grow in IT.
• Initial full-time office training in Notting Hill, Melbourne's southeast, with later hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Level 1 support requests by phone, email and remote tools.
• Guide clients through technical difficulties and provide first‑line troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, user accounts, printers and common apps.
• Set up users, computers and software; install and maintain hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate support tickets and notes; escalate complex issues.
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation and system administration.
• Aid internal administration of company systems and operations.
