Job summary

Ambition is looking for a dedicated L2 Support Engineer to join our MSP-focused team in Sydney. You will work hybrid, one day from home, with regular travel to client sites across the wider Sydney area, using your M365 expertise to support clients.

You will join a capable L3 team, handling L2 incidents, deploying Intune, and assisting with Azure tasks while building strong client relationships both face-to-face and remotely.

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 experience including Exchange, SharePoint, Intune.
• Experience supporting VMware and on-prem servers; Azure and networking a plus.
• Strong client-facing skills, phone presence, and professional communication.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel in Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support across M365 environments, on-prem servers and VMware.
• Deploy and support Intune deployments.
• Deliver core networking support as needed.
• Assist with Azure tasks where required.
• Provide escalation support and collaborate with L3.
• Build strong client relationships face-to-face and over the phone.
• Travel to client sites across the wider Sydney area.
