Job summary

Love Your Work in Sydney is seeking a Level 3 End User Support Consultant to provide third level support on modern workplace technologies and mentor junior team members.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Azure hosting, focusing on security, and shape and manage systems to meet the clients' requirements. You will engage with clients, diagnose complex incidents, implement fixes, document solutions, and collaborate with the project team in a hybrid Newport office environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT, or Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field highly desirable.
• Industry Certificates will be highly regarded, preferably MS-900.
• Managed Services experience is essential.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
• Collaborative and supportive - a true team player and leader.

Responsibilities

• Technical client engagement and customer service - manage client solutions end to end
• Take ownership of escalated client issues or incidents and follow through on problems through to resolution. (L3 Technical Support)
• Ensure that all systems are scalable, reliable, efficient and secured.
• Solution staging, system configuration, implementation, patching, testing, cutover and documentation.
• Onboarding of new customers with detailed infrastructure auditing.
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers
• Technical Lead overseeing project delivery working closely with the Project Manager
