Qualifications

• Proven Store Manager experience within luxury retail.
• Strong track record delivering and exceeding commercial targets.
• Deep expertise in luxury clienteling and relationship development.
• Demonstrated strength in people development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a clear business strategy that delivers strong and sustainable commercial performance while elevating the Louis Vuitton client experience.
• Analyse performance, client and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and translate these into impactful commercial actions.
• Champion a sophisticated clienteling culture, building long-term relationships with local and international clients while developing your team’s client portfolios.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the store runs smoothly, maintains the highest brand standards and omnichannel service.
• Drive profitability by managing budgets, stock levels and visual presentation to perfection.
