Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance with confidence and precision on a daily/weekly basis
• Lead a team spanning Client Advisors to Senior Client Advisors
• Champion a coaching culture that is structured, measurable, and outcome-focused
• Uphold client experience standards that define Louis Vuitton
• Collaborate with store leadership to shape culture and long-term performance
