Job summary

Versace Gold Coast Pacific Fair is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing luxury team and embody the Versace brand in every client interaction. You will manage sales performance, inventory, in‑store events and collaborate with Area Managers to drive results.

You will coach staff, set objectives, maintain exceptional service and grooming standards, and ensure product knowledge supports a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail, including store operations and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales, inventory management, and in-store events.
• Partner with Area Managers to drive sales and margin goals.
• Coach and develop staff, set objectives, and maintain customer service standards.
• Develop CRM strategies to expand the client base and loyalty.
