Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Manager for Sydney International Airport to lead a luxury retail team in a dynamic travel retail environment. You will drive commercial performance, coach a diverse team, and deliver exceptional client experiences to an international clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of leadership experience at Store or Department Manager level within a premium or luxury brand, or equivalent scope at Area Manager level.
• Able to build a business, retain clients and grow staff under pressure with clear accountability.
• Fluent in communicating business performance and coaching through concrete examples.

Responsabilités

• Drive commercial performance with confidence and precision, articulating day-to-day and weekly actions.
• Lead a team spanning Client Advisors to Senior Client Advisors managing multi-million dollar client books.
• Harness airport dynamics to create Louis Vuitton moments for an international clientele.
• Champion a coaching culture that is structured, measurable and outcome-focused.
• Uphold Louis Vuitton standards of client experience and nurture enduring relationships.
• Collaborate with store leadership on culture, succession and long-term performance.
