Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education or above.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail; luxury experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and Boutique objectives through selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Identify and anticipate clients' needs and expectations to ensure successful sales transactions.
• Advise clients across all product categories and use cross-selling strategies to maximise sales potential.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to overall Boutique performance.
• Provide an excellent client experience with a warm welcome and proactive engagement with every client.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with personalised service.
• Arrange private appointments for key clients for exclusive shopping experiences.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and manage client inquiries.
