Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in New South Wales is seeking a Boutique Operations Associate to ensure seamless daily boutique operations. You will support inventory control, facilities, and administrative functions to enable the retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet commercial goals.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education or above.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations or similar support role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in IT systems and retail POS/inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Execute stock management including receiving, unpacking and processing deliveries.
• Manage stock transfers, cycle counts and stock-takes with accuracy.
• Support sales team on the floor and ensure inventory availability and presentation.
• Assist in general administration, reporting and liaison with internal departments.
• Oversee events, promotions, and special projects to ensure smooth execution.
