• Proven track record leading multi-site operations with strong commercial outcomes.

• Strong financial acumen with large budgets and sales targets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership approach.
• Ability to influence, inspire and lead through change.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail performance across Australia and New Zealand, with accountability for sales, profitability, productivity, and operational outcomes.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans, forecasts, budgets, and people plans.
• Coach and develop Store Leaders to maximise performance and build leadership capability.
• Drive client development initiatives and ensure exceptional Tiffany client experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders across Client Relations, Marketing, HR, Merchandising, and Operations to deliver market objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives that enhance business performance.
• Lead and embed company-wide programs, priorities, and retail excellence initiatives.
• Maintain a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
