• Minimum of 3–5 years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data and omnichannel insights to drive actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of regional retail and store operations.
• Commercial mindset, collaborative team contributor, and service-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Adapt & execute the Global Client Development strategy to resonate with ANZ market nuances using local data and insights.
• Collaborate with regional omnichannel and Client Relations teams to enhance retail actions, tools, rituals, and behaviours with CRM insights.
• Establish KPIs to measure program impact, share market insights, and propose scalable activations.
• Deliver training sessions for Store Leaders and Client Advisors to build lasting client relationships.
• Build strong relationships with Store Management, Client Relations, Marketing and Operations to ensure a personalized client experience.
