Tiffany & Co. in Sydney, CBD, seeks an experienced Client Development Executive to translate client insights into action across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with retail teams to elevate the client experience.

This role focuses on leveraging data, enhancing CRM insights, and building lasting relationships with Store Leaders, Client Advisors, and cross-functional partners. The position offers generous salary packages, merchandise benefits, and ongoing training within the LVMH luxury

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience.
Strong analytical capabilities with data and omnichannel insights.
Excellent communication and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Adapt and execute the Global Client Development strategy for ANZ using local data to boost acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Collaborate with regional omnichannel and Client Relations teams to improve retail actions and CRM visibility.
Establish KPIs to measure client development impact and share market insights.
Deliver training sessions for Store Leaders and Client Advisors to build lasting client relationships.
Build relationships with Store Management, Client Relations, Marketing and Operations to deliver a consistent client experience.
