Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Sydney is seeking an experienced Client Development Executive to elevate client experience and engagement across Australia and New Zealand.

You will translate insights into action by partnering with retail teams and leveraging local data to boost client acquisition and retention. To succeed, you should have 3–5 years in luxury retail or client-centric roles, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data and omnichannel insights.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and execute the global Client Development strategy for ANZ using local data and insights.
• Collaborate with omnichannel and Client Relations teams to improve retail actions and CRM insights.
• Establish KPIs to measure program impact and propose scalable activations.
• Deliver training sessions for Store Leaders and Client Advisors to build client relationships.
• Build strong relationships with Store Management, Client Relations, Marketing and Operations.
