The Wests Group is seeking a casual Kitchen Hand for The Anchorage Hotel and Spa in Port Stephens. The role supports back‑of‑house duties across The Galley Kitchen, Moby’s Bar and Poolside Bar, with breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

Previous experience is welcome; basic food preparation and knife skills are useful. You will thrive in a fast‑paced team environment and benefit from staff programs run by The Wests Group.

Responsibilities

• Clean all soiled crockery, cutlery and equipment.
• Clean work areas.
