The Anchorage Hotel and Spa, part of Wests Group Australia, is seeking a casual Kitchen Hand to support back-of-house operations across The Galley Kitchen, Moby's Bar and Poolside Bar. Responsibilities include cleaning crockery and work areas, assisting with service setup, and basic food prep.

Availability across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts is required. Ideal candidates will have previous kitchen experience, basic knife skills, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Basic food preparation and knife skills desirable.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning of all soiled crockery, cutlery and equipment.
• Cleaning of work areas.
• Assist with the set-up of service.
• Sweep and clean floors.
• Ensure appropriate disposal of waste.
• Assist with basic food preparation.
