InterContinental Sydney Double Bay invites applications for a Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor to welcome guests, handle reservations, and ensure smooth overnight operations. You will manage check-ins, inquiries, and nightly financial reconciliations to uphold exceptional service standards.

You will also prepare night audit reports, monitor overnight operations, and coordinate with departments for seamless handovers.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and professional demeanor.
• Experience in luxury hotel guest service is preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Handle guest enquiries and upsell where appropriate.
• Perform nightly audit and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare and distribute night Audit reports and handovers.
