Job summary

Pro-invest Hotels Group is seeking a Night Audit/Front Desk professional to deliver exceptional guest service at the hotel in Sydney, Australia. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient front desk experience.

You will embody our service style and participate in routine duties including revenue management, stock control, and collaboration with other departments to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, guests and external parties.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
• Professional and personable, with a proactive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Calm, collected decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone, offering information and handling transactions.
• Maintain front desk operations and cash security, including floats and discrepancies.
• Deliver high standard guest service and assist with food & beverage service as required.
• Upsell rooms and facilities to maximise revenue on shift.
• Attend daily briefings and coordinate with other departments.
