Space is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue in its design-led, commercial showroom network. You will develop opportunities, manage client relationships and promote Space and Poliform to the A&D community.

Focus on delivering outstanding service, managing sales from enquiry through to delivery, and leveraging CRM and reporting to maintain a strong sales pipeline across the Space portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven Commercial Sales Success in a B2B environment.
• Strong relationship-building with architects, designers, developers and commercial clients.
• Proactive business development mindset and lead generation.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple projects.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs and tender docs for commercial solutions.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills and CRM use.

• Achieve sales performance targets through proactive business development and pipeline management.
• Develop and manage relationships with architects, designers, developers and commercial clients.
• Identify new project opportunities and expand industry networks.
