You will engage customers through consultations, present design solutions, and drive sales while maintaining an appealing store environment and collaborating with the team.

Qualificações

• Experience in interior design with knowledge of Sketch Up and Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.

James Said is seeking a Salesperson that is also a qualified interior designer to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Consultation

Welcome and assist customers in selecting furniture and accessories based on their preferences, needs, and design goals.

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customers' interior design aspirations and offer tailored design solutions.

Sales and Relationship Building

Drive sales by effectively presenting and promoting furniture products to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-ups, and personalized recommendations.

Store Presentation and Merchandising

Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment by arranging furniture displays and ensuring overall store aesthetics.

Keep up-to-date with new furniture arrivals and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

Collaboration and Teamwork

Work closely with fellow team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a cooperative and motivated work environment.

Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall sales process and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in interior design with strong knowledge of Sketch Up and Canva.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.

Strong attention to detail and creativity to envision and present design solutions to customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
