Job summary

International Hotel Services – Sydney CBD is seeking an Experienced Housekeeping Trainer to lead the training of our luxury 5-star hotel’s housekeeping team. You will design and deliver induction programs, coach staff to uphold exceptional standards, and drive a culture of continuous improvement in a high-profile environment.

You will mentor Room Attendants, supervise training quality, and partner with supervisors to close skill gaps. Full-time, on-site role in Sydney CBD.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to hotel housekeeping staff.
• Ability to coach and mentor diverse teams.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction and onboarding programs for new Room Attendants
• Provide practical, hands-on training in guest room servicing and luxury presentation
• Coach team on productivity, efficiency, and quality expectations
• Train staff in safe use of chemicals and equipment
• Deliver WHS, manual handling and infection control training
• Maintain training records and sign-off documentation
