Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise housekeeping attendants and support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining the hotel’s guest rooms and public areas.

You will assign tasks, inspect rooms, train staff, and ensure consistently excellent guest service. The role requires weekend/holiday flexibility, experience in housekeeping, familiarity with Opera, and strong teamwork and communication. Must already have a valid visa to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Opera System and computer skills would be beneficial.
• Understanding of cleaning agents and chemicals is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team.
• Must already have a valid visa to work in Australia.

• Supervise Housekeeping attendants and Houseperson.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager to manage cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Assign tasks, inspect rooms, train staff and ensure excellent guest services.
