Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney seeks a Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise attendants and ensure impeccable cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager and help manage daily operations.

Ideal candidates have housekeeping experience in luxury hotels, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Australian visa to work is required.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Opera System and computer skills would be beneficial.
• Understanding of cleaning agents and chemicals is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team.
• Must already have a valid visa to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping attendants and housepersons.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager to manage cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Assign tasks, inspect rooms, and train staff.
• Ensure the team delivers excellent guest services.
